Aerkair fumecupboards have been installed over the last 15 years in most Laboritories and institutions in Great Britain and Ireland.

We provide customised and standard fumecupboards to BS 7258 and EU norms, external width ranging from 900 to 2.4 metres.
Constructed in epoxy powdercoated painted metal on a metal support stand.
External depth normally 900mm but can be reduced to slim fit 700mm.
Usually all cupboards can be delivered flat pack for easy access through narrow entry points.
Cupboards can be painted in any colour scheme whilst the standard colour is white.
All cupboards have a back baffle and outlet plenum for exhaust air connection to ductwork.
The baffle is normally made from acid resistant 6mm Trespa or equivalent and plenum from UPVC.
The work–top is normally made from speckled grey trespa while many other colours and options are available such as solid epoxy resin (Simons ) , PVC, Stainless Steel etc.
The cupboards are pre-wired and pre-plumbed to customers requirements inclusive of safety controller indicating safe working status of unit.

The design of external profiles especially the sash handle in the Aerkair fumecupboards ensures reduction of eddy currents in the surrounding environment to the safety device and resulting higher levels of containment.

UNDERBENCH CABINETS with locks are available for all sizes and ranges of fumecupboards in metal, PVC ,or laminated board incl. special cabinets for storage of solvents or acids etc.

Aerkair provide a full installation and validation service if necessary or can provide your service provider with a complete unit on a pallet ready for collection /installation from our factory at Standish in Wigan , Lancs. UK.
